Human Resources Specialist (Princeton, NJ) – Plan, and coordinate the administrative functions for employees; Analyze and implement HR policies, practices, and workforce management, in compliance with labor and employment laws; Analyze and implement compensation and Employee benefits in Compensation system; Develop, implement and administer performance management review system; Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; Provide guidance on labor and employment relations to top management; Extract and analyze HR data from ERP system and HRIS system; Develop employee relations and retention solutions.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource and Industrial Relations, or Management plus 2 years experience in job offered.
